Bespoke One-2-One Classes
One-to-one classes are a great way to explore yoga in the safety and comfort of your own home.
These are bespoke sessions, designed specifically around you. Together, we will look at your personal needs and create a yoga programme to help you take care of your health, flexibility, physical and mental strength.
Our 1-2-1 yoga classes are 75-minute sessions that can be delivered either face-to-face at your home or live on-line via Zoom. This will be an integrated approach, starting with an assessment of your current health and physical capability, based on your main objective or reason for wanting to embark on your yoga journey.
If you have the time, research indicates that greater benefit is derived from practising yoga twice weekly.
You will receive a yoga programme designed with your end-goal in mind. This will include your live sessions and a personal programme for you to follow at home.
We will keep your progress under review so that together we can re-evaluate and adjust your programme whenever necessary.
£40 per class
Block of four per month: £136 – 15% discount
Block of eight per month: £240 – 25% discount
