£25 per month (3 sessions per week).
A 10-week course of gentle yoga designed specifically for the NHS with beginners and people with health conditions firmly in mind.
A bespoke yoga programme designed around you to help you take care of your health, flexibility, physical and mental strength.
£40 per class.
