Here at ageless-yoga, our main focus is the health benefits that can be achieved through regular yoga practice. Together, we will help you to create awareness in the body, and develop mental and physical strength on your life-changing journey.

Our classes

Yoga4Health

The course offers gentle yoga, focusing on breathing practices, simple yoga postures, meditation and mindfulness, and relaxation, with opportunities for discussion at the end of each session.

1-2-1 classes

These are bespoke sessions, designed specifically around you. Together, we will look at your personal needs and create a yoga programme to help you take care of your health, flexibility, physical and mental strength.

Chair yoga

This is the yoga class for you if you don’t have much space to lay out a mat or you don’t have the time for a full 60-minute session. This little class easily slots into your lunch break, whether you’re in the office, at home or at work.
