How to book

Once you have decided which yoga programme you would like to do, click the Book Now link. This will take you to our Book That In page, where you can make your booking and pay for it securely.

You will find our full terms and conditions here (click to read). We recommend that you read these carefully, but for your convenience, here are some of the most common questions we get asked.

Do I need to book a class or can I just turn up?

All our programmes / classes must be booked prior to attending. If you have any questions or want to discuss what is best for you before you make a booking, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can I try a free class?

We have a made a 30-minute video of one of our chair-based yoga classes so that you can experience a session first-hand. Click here to watch the video.

How do I pay?

For One-to-One classes and Chair Yoga, you can book and pay securely online through our Book That In page.

If you are joining a Yoga4Health course, this payment will be paid direct to ageless-yoga, not through the booking system. Contact us for more information on the Yoga4Health course.

Is there a concessionary rate for classes?

No concessionary rates apply, but please contact us should there be a need for yoga, but the ability to pay the asking price is lacking at the current time. We want to share the magic of yoga with whoever needs it and will always do our best to be accommodating.

Are there discounts for booking multiple classes?

Yes. For our One-to-One classes, if you make a block payment of either four or eight classes, we will send you a discount code which you can use when you make a future booking.

What happens after I’ve made my booking?

Once you have booked, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a link to the online Health Questionnaire, which you must complete before attending any class.

Do I need to complete the Health Questionnaire?

Yes, it is very important to complete the Health Questionnaire before attending your first class. Your yoga teacher uses the questionnaire to cater for your health needs. It is for your safety, your comfort and to help you get the most out of your yoga programme. If anything changes in your health circumstances, a new injury for example, please tell your teacher as soon as possible.

What happens if I am unable to attend a booked class?

All bookings must be pre-paid and you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling and / or rescheduling a class. No refunds will be given if you fail to attend a prepaid class, or if you request to cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours before the affected class. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

What happens if I am late?

If you arrive late, you may have missed the warm-up section of the class, which could lead to an injury.

For face-to-face classes, please arrive at 10-15 mins before the start time of the class to allow time to settle before the class starts. For any virtual class, please log in 5-10 minutes before the class is due to start to allow ample time.

Is yoga for you?

Yoga can be for anyone, regardless of age, size or how ‘un-yogic’ you may think your body is.  However you only get out what you put in. Review our key questions to help you decide whether you’re ready for the transformational changes that yoga can provide.
