Put your yoga mat away: the only prop you need for this yoga class is a kitchen or office chair!
This is the yoga class for you if you don’t have much space to lay out a mat or you don’t have the time for a full 60-minute session. This little class easily slots into your lunch break, whether you’re in the office, at home or at work. All you need are a PC or smartphone to connect to Zoom, clothes that you can move around in, and, of course, a chair!
And yes, you’ll be surprised at just how much benefit you get from the sessions… Chair yoga gives you all the health benefits of normal yoga, including improved muscle tone, reduced stress levels, better breathing habits, better sleep and an overall sense of well-being.
This monthly yoga programme is based on three 30-minute sessions per week, delivered live on-line via Zoom.
£25 per month. Includes three 30-minute sessions per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 12 noon.
