The course offers gentle yoga, focusing on breathing practices, simple yoga postures, meditation and mindfulness, and relaxation, with opportunities for discussion at the end of each session.

No prior experience is needed. Beginners and people of all ages and abilities are welcome. The course is particularly beneficial to people who suffer from stress and anxiety, or who need to lose weight, improve heart health or lower the risk of Type 2 diabetes. And, of course, it is also perfect for people who simply want to feel well and healthy.

By the end of the programme, you should feel confident, able and, we hope, keen to continue your yoga journey through other mainstream programmes and classes.
